Terms of Use
About these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and EYMA AI ("EYMA AI", "we", "us" or "our"), based in Delhi, India. They apply when you use our website at eymaai.com, the EYMA AI Expert Portal at expert.eymaai.com, and any related forms or communications (together, the "Services").
By using the Services, submitting an application, or signing in to the Expert Portal, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Using our services
You agree to use the Services lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you must not:
- provide false or misleading information, or impersonate any person or organisation;
- access or attempt to access accounts, data or systems that you are not authorised to use;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Services, including by introducing malware or overloading our infrastructure;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Services by automated means without our written permission;
- reverse engineer any part of the Services, except where the law allows it; or
- use the Services to send spam or to infringe the rights of others.
Applications
When you apply to join our expert network or for an open role, the information you provide must be accurate and complete, and must be your own. We may verify your qualifications and experience and ask you to complete skill assessments.
Submitting an application, passing an assessment or being added to our network does not guarantee selection, any particular volume of work, or any level of earnings. We may decline an application at our discretion, and we may limit how often you can reapply.
Skills tests
As part of reviewing your application, we may invite you to a skills test. Experts applying to have a skill verified in the Expert Portal may also be asked to take a test for that skill, which they start from the skill while signed in; it works for one attempt each time they apply for the skill, and the rest of this section applies to it too.
For an application test, we send you a personal link. You confirm the email address you applied with before starting, and the link works for one attempt, must be started before the date in our email, and has the time limit shown before you start. Once started, the test can only be continued in the same browser, and your answers are submitted automatically when the time ends.
Unless the test instructions say otherwise, the answers must be your own work. Please do not get help from other people, use AI tools to write your answers, or share the questions or your answers with anyone.
So that we can assess every applicant fairly, the test page records how many times you leave the test page (for example, by switching to another tab or window) , how many times you paste text into your answers and how many characters you paste into each answer. We also compare your written answers with other candidates' answers to the same questions, to detect copying. Our reviewers see these counts and any close matches next to your answers. They do not show what you were doing: we do not see your screen, your other tabs or the websites you visit, and we do not use cookies for this.
We consider these signals together with your answers and never as the only reason for a decision. If we have good reason to believe these rules were not followed, we may disregard the test or decline the application. You can ask us about a decision at careers@eymaai.com.
Expert Portal accounts
Expert Portal accounts are issued by invitation to approved experts. You are responsible for:

Project work and separate agreements
Each project may come with its own terms, such as the rate, schedule, scope, guidelines, and a non-disclosure or contributor agreement. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the project terms apply to that project.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, experts work with EYMA AI as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to amounts paid to you, and we may deduct tax at source where Indian law requires it.
Payments are made as set out in the relevant project terms. We may withhold or adjust payment for work that does not meet the project guidelines or that breaches these Terms.
Confidentiality
Project materials, task data, guidelines, rubrics, client names and any non-public information you see through the Services ("Confidential Information") belong to EYMA AI or its clients. You must:
- use Confidential Information only to carry out the project you are assigned to;
- not copy, screenshot, record, publish or share it with anyone else, including on social media or in a portfolio;
- not enter it into any third-party tool or AI service unless the project guidelines expressly allow it; and
- return or delete it when the project ends or when we ask you to.
These obligations continue after your work on a project ends and after your account is closed.
Quality and integrity of work
Our clients rely on genuine human expertise. Work you submit must be your own and must reflect your honest professional judgement. Unless the project guidelines allow it, you must not use AI tools or automated means to generate or complete tasks, and you must not misrepresent the time you spent or the quality checks you carried out.
We review submitted work for quality and may remove you from a project, withhold payment for affected work, or close your account if these standards are not met.

The Services, including their design, text, graphics, logos and software, are owned by EYMA AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use them only for their intended purpose. The EYMA AI name and logo may not be used without our written permission.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will give you notice by email or through the Expert Portal. Continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect means you accept them.
